In the Okavango Delta, in Botswana, you can enjoy a unique safari: a horse safari. In a private 2,500 m2 area, riding on a horse, you will feel the true essence of the African savannah, with no barriers between nature and yourself. You will hear the silence and the sounds of the animals, and you will be able to approach the buffaloes, zebras, elephants or giraffes.
In this safari, suitable for horse-riding lovers, you will be able to choose between different itineraries, with daily 4 to 6-hour trips on horseback.
The rest of the day you will be able to rest, go on birdwatching rides or navigate the delta aboard the mokoros, the traditional boats, from where you will be able to contemplate some of the most beautiful sunsets on the planet.
The Okavango Horse Safari offers three types of accommodation in different camps: Kujwana Camp and Qwaapo Camp, formed by the classic safari tents of traditional safaris but with all the modern comforts, and Moklowane Camp, where you will be able to live the experience of sleeping in a tree house, about two meters above the ground.
