Each morning, you will wake your body up with a practice of Hatha Vinyasa, with exercises inspired by traditional stories of Hindu gods. In the afternoon, you will have a more therapeutic practice of yoga, postures of relaxation and meditation and breathing techniques (Pranayama), which will allow you to finish the day serenely and connected to your inner essence.
You will alternate your yoga classes with visits to the most legendary temples of the area. And you will enjoy the local cuisine based on healthy dishes and discover the secrets of Ayurvedic nutrition. And even try the traditional recipe of crab curry with gin and tonic that a Sri Lankan grandma will cook for you!
Moreover, a couple of days will be dedicated to complete relaxation! These days will be entirely spent at the resort and you will be able to relax in the spa and enjoy wellness treatments. The wellness team will help you find the perfect treatments for you: steam and sauna, reflexology, Swedish relaxation massage, Kahuna massage, Thai massage, Lomi Lomi massage, rejuvenating facial scrub, body wrap or Ayurveda treatments among others.
