Mallorca has it all. It offers all the beauty of the Mediterranean Sea combined with the nature of the Sierra de Tramuntana and the charm of its historic villages. And although there are areas which are very crowded, we can still find remote and amazing places.
On my last trip to the island, I was able to live a truly unique experience and discover new, spectacular accommodations.
Exclusivity is the new luxury, and there is nothing more exclusive and surprising than sleeping in a completely remote place, in the middle of the Sierra de Tramuntana, in a secret refuge with all the comforts and with incredible views in front of you. It’s going back to basics.
To get to this idyllic site you have to hike for a bit, but the effort is worth it.
Also, our friend Rupert, a very nice donkey, helped us on our way.
There, high above, far from everything, completely alone, we were truly able to reconnect with ourselves.
During this trip we also enjoyed other interesting activities, such as a cooking class in Valldemossa.
In addition, I took the opportunity to visit new accommodations and villas, including some that are still under construction!
