The idea behind Treehotel is to offer high-standard accommodation in a harmonious place where daily stress melts away. Guests can relax and renew their energy while surrounded by unspoiled nature. A very important part of their concept is to consider ecological values and make minimal environmental impact. For this reason they devote considerable resources to finding sustainable construction and energy solutions.
Treehotel offers 7 treerooms: The Cabin, the UFO, the Mirrorcube, the Blue Cone, the Bird's Nest, the Dragonfly and the 7th room. Each treeroom is a unique creation by Scandinavia's leading architects. The modern design combined with the quiet of the forest creates an instant feeling of luxurious relaxation.
From Treehotel's rooms you get a fantastic view of the Lule River valley, miles of forest and the powerful river.

- Cuisine: A well-stocked buffet is served daily. Almost all fresh produce is local and to the greatest extent, organically grown. You can enjoy all meals at Britta's Pensionat, served by the hosts Kent and Britta, in a genuine 1930’s-50’s setting. For guests who prefer privacy, meals can be delivered to their treeroom.
