Linked by a network of cobbled pathways, all 40 suites and villas boast panoramic sea views across to the volcano that has shaped this exceptional island. All of the stone-crafted, cave-style suites and villas boast secluded terraces that peer out onto the deep blue Aegean and the quietly active volcano. Lovingly handcrafted from local wood and stone, effortlessly harnessing the elegance of simplicity, all suites are a wondrous exploration of free-spirited driftwood, linen textiles, and intriguing carved patterns on the walls.

Most of the vegetables and herbs, used to prepare the refined dishes at Mystique’s restaurants, are cultivated in the hotel’s organic farm. Santorini’s rich volcanic soil combined with the Mediterranean climate of the region, have proved nourishing sources for produce of unique and distinctive tastes and aromas.
