Barbini family found in the Dolomites the perfect place for their first creation: a luxury shelter for demanding guests with the opportunity to live a truly Winter Wonderland experience thus disconnecting from the city's busy hubbub.
The extraordinary Giorgia’s cuisine and the fabulous Stefano’s anecdotes and excursions made the rest. But, Barbini’s family wanted to go beyond… turn into the best Italian hospitality ambassadors to the highest level. They looked at each other another time and cried out. Facciamolo ancora!

Giorgia & Stefano soon started to search for a new way to introduce the travelers to the Italian most beautiful side. Their intuition arrived in a glimmer of brilliance that left everything clear in an instant: their second project would be called San Lorenzo Sea Lodge and it would be at the sea. A breathtaking catamaran where to discover all the secrets of Italy along the Mediterranean. With that Stefano could enjoy his people's talent as a host and sail along the south of the Italian coast. Perfect cooperation which Giorgia baptized with the name Blue Deer.
