Anyone who has trekked through the jungle in search of the gorillas and has been lucky enough to spot a silverback gorilla will agree that it is a truly unique moment. These massive, imposing gorillas are strong, dominant and normally leaders of the group.
The aim of Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge is to protect the mountain gorillas natural habitat and, in so doing, to work with the local community of Nkuringo.
